The memorial was opened in 2015 — at the wall of the St. Cyril and Laurentius Cathedral. In its center is a marble sculpture of Victoria in a wreath and a crucifix on her shoulders. It stands on a blood-red pedestal with the dates of the Second World War. On both sides of the brick wall there are boards with the names of the fallen Turovians. An evergreen alley leads to the monument. At its very beginning there is a stone with an inscription dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
In front of the monument there is an alley with nearby attractions.
