The city of Turov, where Kirill was born and lived, is one of the three where monuments to this saint are installed. The monument was created by sculptor Yinkov and architect Lukyanchik. It was installed on Castle Hill on May 11, 1993. At the heart of his composition is an unusual Byzantine–shaped cross. Cyril's figure itself connects with him. He seems to stand forward a little, while raising his head. The arms are bent and positioned at chest level. In his left hand he holds a book with a cross engraved on the cover. And the right hand gestures to this work. There is a halo around Cyril's head, and the inscription "Saint Cyril Bishop of Turov" is made next to the book. The height of the monument is seven meters. It is made of concrete and covered with copper.
